More than ever did she remind me of a manifestation of pure Spirit.

“That’s a good point, Minh. And if anyone deserves that, it’s you.”

She bit her bottom lip and giggled.

Then, because she’s as subtle as a lioness, she charged me. I held up my hands, but when she didn’t stop, I caught her and directed her body away from the pile of potentially volatile Spell Shards.

Her momentum carried me back to Brea’s bed, where I spun her around and fell atop her warm and supple body.

Our mouths danced, hot breath mingling.

Minh’s tongue flicked in and out of my mouth expertly. She kissed differently than any of my other vessels—more aggressive, yet each embrace of her lips and tongue lasted only a second or two.

It reminded me of a wild animal, wanting affection yet afraid of it at the same time.

Knowing she liked a more assertive coupling, I gripped her jaw and pushed her face to one side. Then I kissed her angular neck all the way up to her earlobe.

“Rin,” she cooed. “Rin, we are going to sex ten times in a row! We can skip that old man’s silly party and sex forever!”

Her overeager intensity broke through the spell of arousal that had so swiftly swept me up. I collapsed to the bed beside her, my stomach cramping as a fit of laughter took me.

“What?” she asked, rising to an elbow, anger knitting her brow. “Why do you laugh at me?”

“Sorry. Sorry, it’s nothing, sweetie. Just give me a second.”

Minh growled and shoved my shoulder. “You tell me what I did wrong. Tell me now!”

I quieted down and reached out to stroke her cheek. “You didn’t do anything wrong, Minh. You’re amazing, I promise. I just thought it was silly that you wanted to make the sex ten times. I promise, you did nothing wrong.”

Minh huffed, but her shoulders dropped a little. “Fine. You can laugh, but I’ll still have my Rin. Now, let me have all of you.”

She rolled over, lifting her shapely ass in the air unselfconsciously, and tugged at the hem of my smallclothes.

I let her, forcing myself not to laugh or giggle.

Then, with a startling hunger, she gripped my manhood and took me in her mouth.

I grew inside her warmth, her tongue stoking my arousal in seconds. Minh growled in her throat, sucking on my tip one moment, then plunging down to take as much of my shaft as she could.

This lasted for a few minutes before she crawled atop me, straddling me like some feral woman from a dream.

Her sex, as usual, wrapped around me perfectly.

I wanted to enjoy it, linger inside her, but Minh plunged down atop me, grunting in pain when I went a little too deep.

It didn’t seem to bother her, though, and the woman continued to grind against me, small breasts jiggling with each movement.

Something deep in my heart shifted, and I knew that what we were doing was wrong.

No, I corrected myself. It isn’t what, it’s how.

Reaching up, I held Minh’s hips still.
